Agreed…the last time the death spiral finance was used (because we couldn’t get a placing away) was the beginning of the end, constant sp downward trend with far less spikes and on any good news, just gets heavily sold into, this type of finance is just about as bad as constantly finding no oil…

Just a reality check for some on here, historically speaking no news is bad news, the perf guns could have come by camel from Aberdeen by now, something is not quite right there, but apart from that, those of you that are optimistic to say the least, do you understand the meaning of death spiral finance, and how it would affect the sp, if there ever was a slight rise?

Fraud is a strong word, but if anyone had the wherewithal and finances to get an investigation into SS and the UKOG dealings, I think there would be a strong case…That is an opinion. This is fact, they have intimidated huge resources and fortunes to be made the pouring of oil and even the smell of oil and millions of barrels of oil, and if the price exceeds 60 dollars a barrel we will all be retiring to the Bahamas. And what did we get? 60 odds bopd after spending around 100 million pounds, and more death spiral finance and a few fairytales about oil in Turkey, a water injection well and some pie in the sky hydrogen storage, yes fraud is a strong word but it’s looking like it more every day

I have absolutely no idea what you are rambling about, I have stated that I hold dividend paying stocks, I have never advised anyone to buy sell hold or average down on any stock, I questioned you on the financial advice you were giving, I stated facts that SS has spent 100 million £ on delivering 60 odd bopd, and has once again gotten involved in death spiral finance, and historically in this company, ukog no news had meant bad news, I am more than willing to debate any of that with you…

Yes exactly the whole of my last post was highlighting your posts, with all of your I,s, maybe you don’t realise how much you use the word in all contexts, and maybe you don’t realise that you have been giving out financial advice, and maybe you dont realise you are a twister of words…

I have never, nor will I ever blame shareholders for a companies performance or stock sentiment.

I'm sure if horsehill produced as many barrels as the experts said it could, SS's crown would look even more ostentatious than Charles's.

So the Weald isn't given up much oil & Turkey has yet to.

In my opnion you should do yourself a favour and instead of averaging down and believing in a fairytale ending, just invest in a dividend paying oil major and wait for the confirmation of a commercial discovery that flows

ShouldveSold…It appears to me you don’t like the facts about the company and continually divert from them, as in questioning why other have invested or why they hold or why they have averaged down, or indeed why the don't hold dividend paying stocks and such like, in my opinion all of the above has nothing to do with you, and its each to their own…

My question was metaphorically speaking, and then I answered it with a statement of facts, being that ukog, have spent around 100 million pounds to achieve around 60 bopd of oil, whilst, now again entering into the death spiral finance, and also stating the fact that neither of this affects the salary of the ceo…but let’s not mention that and try and divert the conversation, and historically speaking SS has a habit of holding back bad news, and as for him apologising, it’s more serious than that, he should be investigated by the FCA…

Exactly what is going on with the company? They have spent a hundred million pounds to produce around 60 bopd, and have taken the shareholders for a ride, whilst engaging in the dreaded death spiral finance, if there ever is the slightest bit of good news, the financiers will start selling heavily into any rise in the sp, but that’s ok as SS will still get his salary…
