Repeat post...Can someone tell me if this post from earlier is factual?
To short a stock, you need to borrow it, there are no major IIs to borrow from (if there was, there'd be the > 3% TR1 to prove it), and there are no declared short positions above 0.5% (as again, they would be declared)...
None of the CFD providers allow you to short UKOG, as there's no one to borrow the stock off (see point above)...
You 'might' be able to open a spread bet, which will require a pool of people willing to go long to offset the short bet (possible), but as SBs don't actually involve the exchange of shares they have no impact on SP...
So where are all of these shorts that people on here keep referring to?
Don’t kick in with the deramper ‘s h I t’, I’m neither short nor long so am agnostic to the share price, but fed up with the ‘shorter’ BS posted on here every day…
