AIM: checklist on shareholding disclosure obligations

This checklist compares the obligations on AIM companies and their shareholders to notify and disclose shareholdings over a certain threshold under the AIM Rules for Companies, the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and Part 21A of the Companies Act 2006. As a result of the implementation of the Fourth money laundering directive ((EU) 2015/849) in the UK, the Information about People with Significant Control (Amendment) Regulations 2017 (SI 2017/693) widens the scope of companies required to comply with Part 21A of the Companies Act 2006 (CA 2006) (information about people with significant control) to include AIM companies. (For a general overview on the requirements of Part 21A, see Practice note, Register of People with Significant Control: overview.) Since 26 June 2017, every UK-registered AIM company has had to comply with the people with significant control register regime in the CA 2006. From 24 July 2017, each such company has had to keep a register in which it records the details of every individual (a PSC) and relevant legal entity (an RLE) that has significant control over it.

Hopefully we have hit the bottom now, slow tickup over the next few weeks to 5p...I have been invested here for around 3 years and have been averaging down, but for someone to predict 5p in a few weeks is complete ramping and reckless talk to say the least, the top rampers DHC, FOTH, Tymers, Heid and now the Troll, have all been guilty and proven guilty of absolutely ridiculous sp predictions over the last 3 years, I challenge any poster to prove me wrong with the rampers predictions...now who has an agenda?

I am a novice investor and have been in GGP for a long while and was let down by the Newmont deal that fell through, but decided to double down several times, I was lucky that time, but when things picked up I de risked and took some profits, but then naively put most of it in here and UJO, I am fortunate that my paper losses here are mostly profit from GGP, but as far as I can see from my years invested and investing in UKOG is that SS is not playing with a straight deck of cards, and on my experience his silence is usually bad news unless he has a smidgen of good news that he holds back then to release when he needs a placing away...that’s my humble opinion as a genuine investor, no de ramping or ramping...I would never advise anyone to buy or sell a share as l am not qualified for such as many on here seem to be...Off topic but just saying I work offshore and have just been told I am on Furlough again all the best to all genuine investors...

I believed in an aim company called GGP and it has rewarded me handsomely, my only regret is I never believed more in it , and made the mistake of top slicing and putting some of my profit in here...

Unresearched punt basically on hype, then I had a more in depth look at things and all the noises coming from the ceo sounded good, even though the price was falling the noises coming from ukog were positive so I threw some more money at it, I then had more money invested than I had anticipated, the price kept falling, and I naively kept averaging down, I believed SS when he said he would deliver shareholder value, instead we got dilution after dilution, millions spent to deliver around 200 bpd, the share price on its knees, I will not sell at a loss so will keep holding, nearly 3 years later I am still here but wish I had never heard of SS and the Gatwick gusher. Statements from the CEO. "I can smell the oil"
"Train leaving the station"
"Transformational"
"National significance"
"Billions of barrels" And shareholder value...

I have copied a post here as it sums things up quite well and this is the reason genuine investors are sceptical...Another major pump of UJO from C Oils mates over the last few days, interestingly no 10% spike for them to trade into again. Hopefully their cards have been firmly marked and sensible people will totally ignore their comments and will wait for official news, whenever that may be...Good new year to all when it comes...

Crocqman... as far as the Troll that is Troll2, that’s what I am thinking going by his repetitive high amount of daily posts with the same repetitive theme, that Troll2 is definitely a trader masquerading as a LTH, pure and simple. Just like Tymers who eventually owned up to his devious scheme...he buys every week whatever the price, and never sells... for at least a year and a half possibly longer...as you say there is always imminent news and it is a bargain price, why anyone is not investing in ukog is beyond his belief, then comes all the potential results exaggerated to the extreme...so far not one of his fantasy predictions has come remotely true, he then calls anyone that questions his ridiculous predictions a nimbly or troll or some other derogatory name, any new investors should be aware of Troll2,he has some sort of agenda in his own head and whatever news whether good or bad he will try and spin it as spectacular and tell all he is investing his hard earned wages then his bonuses and now his Christmas bonus and even telling all that ukog grantees his pension...now he will come back on here replying that he is glad that some Troll (me) has wasted so much time trying to bring ukog down or discredit him, all I can say to that is it’s a pleasure exposing someone like you...and only takes a few minutes out of my leave...good luck to all ukog investors especially the LTH that have continued to believe, as well as the new investors that have taken a punt at this low sp... it, is what it, is,unless it is as I have been hoping for over the last few years, that SS is silently a very shroud oil man and has a few cards up his sleeve...Good new year to all...

I see king Troll or Trill hunter Trolling the board with his usual ramping nonsense, as I have said before and some other posters have picked up on it, he’s always buying at what ever price it’s a bargain, what ever he is secretly doing might be successful but what he says he is doing and recommending others to do is...well not to bright to say the least...here’s a recent example...

This will move fast when news of 600th tanker and HH-1 pumping again AND Loxley planning.
Two step up possibly coming all in one day.
I appreciate some might want to wait for news and jump on the curve half way up...but I like the whole cake so I'm buying now at this reduced priced.

Lunus1...That is another post that just about sums things up, I have been invested here for over 3 years and this was always a great little company with lots of potential, but when ever C,Oil and all the rampers got involved it has soured my investment, and I have had to change my strategy, no one knows how high this might go but it’s a trading share and some might be left holding the baby as many, not for the first time will be selling at the first decent spike
