Yes They are based on a standard template Unless they agree otherwise, and what has been agreed in the said agreement is only up for speculation, when the agreement was drawn up and negotiated around the table, It might come down to who was best researched on the way agreements work and how well they got their own clauses inserted to suit their own company and how they had perceived the venture to progress, we can only speculate, and a template is just that...

Thanks Ocelot for a civil reply, but do you not think that, when many invested, it was their Present or future investment whether it was in the short, medium or long term investment, its all relative, and look where we are now for believing in the ceo and his fictional statements and vague if not deceitful RNS.

Mr.Investment I agree, I have been involved in 2 business ventures and on the start up of both, on advice from solicitor a partnership agreement was drawn up, on both occasions there were 3 partners involved and all 3


had to agree to the terms and conditions, both ventures were similar but the different partners and different situations meant very different partner agreements, the point is no one on the outside could predict the outcome of how things would pan out aver a period of time, but in the long run those that tried to divert from the agreement had their options pointed out and if they continued to divert lost out big time...

This is not deramping I have no interest in buying in cheaper...I have averaged down and hold my investment but sometimes you have to call a spade a spade...Seriously I really do think that ukog (ss) should be investigated for all the hype and false information that SS delivered in video and RNS and for all the leaked ( pumped)info before placings in days gone by just to get placings away and also the miss information and lack of information in RNS before and since the BB disaster, has been shocking if not borderline illegal, he, they think that they can get away with anything... deliver shareholder value what a joke...

What ever way things go you can’t seriously predict any sp figure from well over a year ago, with said dilution as well as increasing asset value, and just hopefully cling to a figure you have pulled out of thin air, this has been tried many times on the ukog board, have any on hear heard of the ukog pound party, all the top rampers were meeting up for a big party when the sp hit £1 none of the original party members had the decency to say it was cancelled or even delayed...

And more to the point I won’t be dictated to by fellow investors like some on here telling me to shut up or sell my investment and move on and whether to post on or indeed read this board, I am well invested here and very disappointed with how things are proceeding to date, and will continue to voice my opinion, whilst continuing to hold my investment.

Consolidation
doesn’t change the value of your position. These are usually done in order to continue to meet exchange listing requirements. If a stock is trading so low that it has to do a consolidation then it is a financially troubled company. Increasing share price artificially via the split does not change the financial picture and that's why such companies tend to lose share value.

I'm not going to lie,i have ramped this share up to high heaven....but even iv'e had enough.

We suppose to have the oil,everything in place,even though the share dilution is bordering on confetti shares. Will we ever get past 1p ever again. It doesn't matter for the BOD's ..they get paid,yes i know they need funds so some dilution is imminent /expected..but this looks like it's going the same way as all other AIM shares..doomed,unless someone knows different. More thousands lost..for me and others...

I have been kicking about the Forties and Beryls the last 10 years, I am not directly involved with drilling but in my opinion this is the best definition of Acidisation...The acid is pumped, usually via steel tubing, directly to the area of geological formation that requires cleaning. Only a small volume of dilute acid is applied. The pressures applied to pump the acid in to the well should be enough to counterbalance the down-hole pressure and slightly exceed the formation pressure. The pressure applied allows the acid to move down the well and a short distance in to the formation. This enables the rock and fine particles to be dissolved and is far less than the pressure required to create fractures. It is not the intention to create fractures.
An acid wash activity requires low pressures, and the Environment Agency considers it to be a well treatment, rather than a geological formation treatment. With respect to the protection of the groundwater environment this is considered to be a very low risk activity.
The Environment Agency does not consider an acid wash to be a well stimulation method.
