The SP was low enough without this now

Mine was not.

It was paid as a divi.

The past 3 times (since holding Glen) I was paid as return of capital but not this time.

Hence my phone call to them today.

By the way should there have been just 1 or 2 separate payments as there was a special and an interim on the same day?

I managed to speak to HL

They just reiterated what was said in the secure message.

This is based on a court case with HMRC.

I asked if they could explain why some share holders were paid in return of capital.

The person I spoke to did not know the answer to that but would get back to me.

I'm still waiting.
