I’ll be very surprised if this is not 1p plus by this Friday, and 10p plus by Christmas. Gold currently at $3635.

Kefi’s NPV for Ethiopia should be 13-14p at construction start that’s not including are Saudi assets, whether we hit or overshoot this value point is anyone’s guess.

Hopefully we find out soon enough.

I like the bit where it says (Board and management take it on the chin and all are very excited.) maybe we should be a bit more excited as well.

Q: I am trying to understand why KEFI is targeted for criticism on the anonymous chat lines.

Has the company created enemies in its business dealings? Or would it likely be disappointed shareholders?

Your guess would be better than mine. any comments the company is able to make?

A: The sector was probably the worst stockmarket performer in the past 10-15 years.

Whilst KEFI was one of the minority on AIM that survived, and whilst it has been built to to a position that should generate excellent returns, undoubtedly any shareholder is justifiably disappointed by the share price historically. We suffered too many unforeseen setbacks and too much share dilution to suggest that anyone should not have been very disappointed.

That includes company leadership that was paid average industry salaries for what was riskier than average work, and in shares.

But management has not and will not complain. Board and management take it on the chin and all are very excited.

It is also true that we have created some enemies in business dealings, but never by doing anything other than using the force of law to protect KEFI. Most of these situations are confidential whilst a few surfaced in litigation which KEFI has always won.

Gold Been consolidating The past four months or so,

Looks like it’s going to break out soon probably hitting between $3800-$4000 within six months.

It will certainly help Kefi’s share price after Financial close

In THE ASSAY two days ago, i Harry clearly states

Funding package being refined around final funding requirements emerge as we formalise commitments to sign off August.

So we should get Financial close by this Friday.

• Based on consensus from five analysts (1 hold, 3 buy, 1 strong buy)

Nice forecast, but I think we could double that in 12 months.

My SIPP pension is now 99.6% Kefi , I just finished topping it up this morning.

Just need the financing sorted soon..

Tulu Kapi Project Update

KEFI (AIM: KEFI), the gold and copper exploration and development company focused on the Arabian-Nubian Shield, is pleased to report, further to the Company's announcement on 6 May 2025, that the Ethiopian Parliament has today formally ratified Ethiopian Country Membership for Africa Finance Corporation ("AFC").

AFC is one of KEFI's co-lenders for the Tulu Kapi Gold Project ("Tulu Kapi" or the "Project"). Country Membership was a critical condition precedent for AFC's participation in the Project financing alongside Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank (TDB), which already has Ethiopian Country Membership.

Following AFC being formally granted Ethiopian Country Membership, KEFI will now continue with the remainder of the scheduled Project launch steps, as pre-agreed with the Ethiopian Government and the Project syndicate.

The 3,000,065 shares art art as unknown was my buy this morning. I sold some over a week ago to transfer to my ISA unfortunately I have to pay 10% more today. ☹️

$3400 just breached, this will easily be a 15p plus Company in two years time. All we need is to complete Financial close
