I managed to Dump lng pre div 282p, unfortunatly bought back in around the 240s so have just lost some gains, I have kept dlg for passive income that has been better than lng, and bought more aviva and mng, so far have had good dividend income, everyone has their own stratagy but its all sailing round cape horn at the moment..

Well it looks like everything is in decline, lng was 244p in jan 2021 when the ftse was at 6407.00 , so who knows..

I suppose a 22% drop in a couple of weeks is a little concerning to say the least, you cant blame people for being a bit negative watching money disappear in front of your eyes, the tories have lost the plot unfortunatly, albeit labour are no better but I cant see them recovering from this as they have just caused too much pain..

Flipped LnG over to DlG, seems to be less volotile, seems quite stable compared to this, will have another look in a couple of days depending on how much more the tories can screw it all up, feeling the pain like most on here..

Only matters if your trying to make a quick buck, time in the market not timing the markets, I know its been said before but it is what it is...

Just leave your dividend in your trading account till the government crash the market , they do it weekly now so you can re invest it with ease and know that when they go on their holidays or lose the next election it should have gone up somewhat..
