if for arguments sake the free float of the company is 300 million shares those shares are available to be purchased on either exchange. The listing on the JSE purely allows local investors access to that float, in their own market, at a price that is equal to the price in the UK after taking into account exchange rates. In theory this should increase the liquidity as the opportunity to buy and sell is being expanded to a wider audience

Interesting that its Miton who are selling down in ATM, they are also a holder here according to Morningstar, who also list them as a seller in BMN!

Having listened to the link of Fortune speaking at the event earlier this week I noted he made the point about continued strong instituitional interest in the business. Personally I hope we attract a better quality of institution to the current bunch of short termers.
