Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Bought into this today at 3.50, as I thought there would be some uplift.
I'm at a loss as to why SP is still falling, when the volume of buys is so much higher than sales!

What's pushing the SP down?
We are quickly getting closer to the 1p level which was seen a short time ago.
Yes there has been some good news lately restoring confidence in the future if Prem, but there has also been some dilution of future profitability with the deal stuck with Canmax.
If 1p was the benchmark before, then I see .9 as a reasonable SP in the short term, but not much beyond that.
Personally I sold 50% of my holdings yesterday and retained the rest for the future.
Don't see this heading to 2p as some suggest, for at least 12/24 months until the production levels and grades are hit.
It's too easy to get carried away in a rollercoaster expecting 10% daily rises.
Brilliant detailed video.
Show the complexity of the whole process, but breaks it down into very understandable sections.
I certainly learnt a great deal and this has increased my confidence in the future of Prem.
A decent RNS is surely due within days now and we'll be back up pushing towards 1p within weeks.
Raaydaar.
If we were of the prudent type, we wouldn't be investing in AIM shares.
Of course there are always ifs buts and maybees.
They didn't just dig a hole based on some bloke back 1954 saying he found something that looked good.
There have been geological and scientific surveys, test holes etc. etc. all of which points to there being quality.
I'm unsure on what you base your doubts.
Samples are at the labs. Not one sample, but probable hundreds. They take time to analyse and calibrate.
It's not just one sample and a bloke that says yeah looks good to me mate, crack on.
It's also not a straightforward deal and it makes perfect sense that both parties are waiting for all the data, sample testing etc. before they come to an agreement. Which they will.
It takes time, so to expect an RNS with just a part of the news makes no sense. It is far better to wait and get everything done and dusted in one go.
Probably another 3/5 days being my expectation.
Canmax have a value of circa 26 billion.
They are potentially out of pocket a very small amount.
It is in both Canmax and Prems interest to strike a deal.
Neither has the upper hand and both will benefit and keep their integrity intact.
To do otherwise will both reflect on. and affect both companies SP badly. Why would either want that?
The deal will be equally beneficial to both parties and their SP, which is what they both want
There is absolutely no reason for either to not come to an agreement so please stop with the scenarios of such a thing happening. It's nonsensical.
It's a delay. That's all. These things happen. Get over it and move on.
Can't see much happening for a week or so yet.
Very few trades and little movement on SP.
Holding above 0.6, which is a good sign.
Personally I feel the bad news is now over and a deal will be done otherwise we would have had more news by now.
SP might be at the level for a while, but feel it will eventually rise when we get deliveries started by the end of the month.
Good to hold and even buy if you have a few quid.
Equally baffled.
The writing is clearly on the wall for a total wipeout.
I guess it can't just sop trading until the deadline date, so in the meantime it's just a gamble and dome are clearly happy to see if they can make a few pounds until the plug is pulled.
There seems to be a great deal of negativity at the moment.
I'm not sure why as the SP has stabilised at .6, which in light of recent announcements, it far better than most predicted.
As far as I can see, it is in the interests of all concened, with the exception of those not invested, that a deal is done and production and delivery hit the predicted figures,.
Can't see why anyone would want otherwise.
I am always keen to hear both sides if a debate, but the volume of negativity isn't currently justified or balanced with any real news.
Long term I have faith with this and will continue to hold.
