talk of SP Buy Backs - Not going to happen as UKOG do not have the capital to buy back shares and with regard to take overs - Why would anyone try to take over a company that is not producing consistent long term quantities of oil. ???

Not for a while.
Most of the problems caused on this board were as a result of that 11p spike.
Many Posters piled in and bought shares that subsequently crashed the day after and are now sitting on huge losses.
You can spot who these people are every day, by their angry attitude to others on here & towards UKOG Board.
Do I have sympathy - No - A fool and his money are easily parted.
Let this be a warning to others - Don't follow the Lemmings off the face of the cliff.

Why have the board allocated themselves a big pile of share options.
Answer :- They obviously think this is going to produce a profit and before the oil starts flowing they have taken the opportunity to award themselves a potential bonus stream !!!! - I would do the same in their position.
GLA all real investors - there are many on here who though are not !!!!!!

We are now an oil producer and as I have stated on this BB many times, that until we start producing oil in the quantities projected, this SP will not rise.
NB. Are the directors taking up their allocated options. - NO.
When they start buying the said options, that in my opinion will indicate to me, that they have faith in the product and we are about to progress commercially.
Until then sit back and do what I do - read and smile at the inane crap that's posted daily on here.

Until all wells are up and running, producing constant "projected" flows of oil, the SP will just stay around 1.1 to 1.3 mark.

Only when UKOG start producing oil at a constant logged flow rate will the market react and the SP rise.
That could be some time away.
