I think the company has indicated that the events from the past are indeed in the past and it’s the future that matters. Of course you could say the same about any company but Nanoco has experienced some fairly significant events recently. Before it was an R&D company and now it’s started as a commercial producer of materials. The corporate action is almost behind us now too.

The future could be a repeat of the past and those who are sceptical will believe that’s the most likely outcome.

Personally I’m optimistic of volume repeating PO’s as STM start to sell sensors across multiple devices including phones to coincide with late 2025 ramp up in production.

I’ve taken time off here to concentrate on other things more important than cyclical arguments with 2 or 3 posters. I see these same posters are arguing but with new people. I’ll just leave you all to it. Life is too short.

Ginodog , please accept my apology. You are correct - although I may caveat that with you are correct at this moment. Some are of the opinion that the corporate action has completed barring some administration and I am of the opinion that it has not as the company advised this morning that would happen "later today". Once the 'admin' completes and the tender is complete we shall see and I shall reoffer my apologies if the SP remains static as it is now.

The volumes are very thin if the reported trades are accurate. Bid is 22.2p, ask is 23p. So anyone buying even small volumes will push the price up. Question is how long will it stay there?

As I said previously I could have this completely wrong. I tendered half and sold some to be liquid in anticipation rather than expectation that upon cancellation there would be a trading opportunity and that has not presented itself as yet and may not. Until the tender is completed and the adjustment / admin process is concluded I'm honestly not sure what the outcome will be.

If we are to assume that the tendered shares are not being traded, are we also to assume they have been assigned a value of 24p and is that 'artificially' propping up the SP. Once cancelled what might the effect be?

Kooba, I was asking you a question which you may have missed. What happened to the 17p estimate post tender? I doubt that the purchase of 270k shares has supported the price when many other were trading at the 21p level at the same time.

TG2D - similarly, I was asking you what happened to the mid teens price? We would either be there now or to reach that it would rely on existing holders being prepared to sell their shares at a further loss.

I believe you have it wrong but it could be me that is wrong. As I said yesterday the number of shares and the mcap haven't changed however I see the point that the shares and he money are effectively already cancelled. But what happened to the 132p/17p/19p post tender price that was mooted by many on here? Where is the buy buy buy moment? Perhaps that moment has passed but I'm not so sure. I expect a drop to 19p myself when the tender complete "later today" How long and how deep it is remains to be seen.

BC They stated they would buy relative to averages and that it would (and did) commence yesterday. Kooba posted about it.

I'm more interested in what "later today" actually means. I suppose we'll just have to monitor the situation.
