I certainly hope there’s not another raise, can’t see why it would be needed as we have a large credit facility.

Regarding SD letting his mates in on the cheap, I think the other shareholders i.e Newmont being 20% holders might have something to say….?

I am not even bothering to sell.

Instead, I am going to hold forever (at least until they declare administration after running up as much debt as possible) and have it serve as a daily reminder of the error of my ways.....

Ajs8220 believe me the lesson has been well and truly learnt.

Very costly but a harsh learning experience never to be repeated and will take as a long term positive.

This is one of the worst run companies I’ve come across and considering the position they are in allowing outside investment I can’t believe they can be allowed without consequence to “miscommunicate” (putting it nicely) thereby misleading potential investors.

Absolute disgrace.

90% down in value in 6 months with no explanations or plans to reverse the situation.

I am truly over the moon with this deal, which looks to have been skilfully crafted from start to finish.

Genuine LTHs will be extremely happy as long as they are patient, which as we all know is the key to value investing.

I look forward to being a long term owner, increasing my position and seeing where this ambitious BOD take us.
