I've been thinking about this non stop since Monday and how the final dilution may affect the price at 8:00am tomorrow morning. I think this is why we are down today as there is still some uncertainty around this aspect.

My feeling is we will have a sharp drop in the morning and then recovery through the day ultimately finishing up. Just my opinion.

Ultimately it doesn't really matter for me as I'm not going anywhere for a year or two anyway.

How can a company release blatantly dishonest information with no consequences???

I personally think that consolidation will be a very good thing for the GGP share price if done at the time of or after joining ASX.

There are too many shares in issue and potential for volatility and MMs playing price games with late declared trades, etc, like we saw yesterday.

A smaller number of shares, already with large investors on board who aren't selling, plus more Institutions coming to the party after ASX listing, I think the price is going up.

Just my opinion.

It certainly does seem that the dilution has taken them under the 5% threshold as the change was effective 1st October when the new shares were admitted to market.

I can't help feeling another placement is very imminent.

Probably why the price movement is the way it is....should be climbing.

Catchme, I am putting it down to traders taking profits, mostly from the retail offer I would guess, so it won't last.

This is most definitely a LTH and as such I'm not concerned about the daily price right now because if you look at what the company has pulled off, this is only going upwards in the future.

I've watched this extremely closely this week hoping for a final top up which I've got today at 6.08p and am very happy with that price, even though it's dipped into the 5s, I never expected to call the absolute bottom.

We are in very good company as shareholders which gives me great comfort, along with all our amazing assets, all that's needed now IMO is patience and faith in the BOD.
