My take on the recent price drop30 Oct 2020 13:00
We have a great company and a great product here, sentiment was high in the weeks leading upto the AGM, and there was a scramble to buy in anticipation of a stonker RNS prior to the AGM. Friday came and no RNS, and the usual "buy on rumour, sell on news" group started offloading. Monday came and still no news, but the BB was still hyped up and buzzing, stating that this would be a transformational week for the company, and the SP was going to rocket. So we waited, and we waited, then........ Nothing, the AGM and presentation came and went, without delivering anything we didn't already know other than give us a warm and fuzzy feeling inside, knowing the company was being run by 2 enthusiastic and knowledgeable CO'S. But unfortunately the market doesn't care about warm and fuzzy, they want facts and figures, and that's what the company failed to give us, so the market acted accordingly. Until the company can give us some concrete information, then the SP will continue to drift. Lots of people state that we shouldn't be worried about small price drops and the SP will be far north of this value in the months/years to come, but when the SP drops on a daily basis, they soon add up, and id rather have jam today than the possibility of jam tomorrow.
