Apologies if this has been aired already, but I assume that the reason the recent issue of shares was at c.3p/share rather than the market price was the result of options being exercised (or similar)?

Sasa, talking of the old iii BB, whatever happened to LK Hyman? I always thought his observations were worth paying attention to. This BB in my opinion is better than A.... Do you post much elsewhere?

I realise the above website is not one used by the dedicated investor but it's good enough for me to keep a track on my multifarious investments. I usually wait until 4.55 pm to check on the day's progress (or lack thereof). However, today the alleged closing prices are still jumping around.
Anyone else having the same problem.

As of Monday we should comfortably qualify for the AIM 50, not just the AIM 100.
We will also be one the most widely traded stocks based on Yahoo's 3 month average daily turnover of 52.9m shares.
All in all, quite positive, me thinks.

I've always managed to get inside the quoted spread with HL but I take your point. Still a reasonably cheap way into GGP. (I have both).

I hope the new investment is a humdinger because GGP looks a pretty good bet with NC behind it. Also, wasn't that impressed that the average selling price was less than 10p given recent momentum.

I am unaware of any AIM 100 tracker funds. Therefore there would appear to be no compulsion on smaller company funds to buy GGP next Monday. The only benefit might be in having a higher profile.

Bought 148k at 8.22 this morning (per contract note) but not yet shown on LSE trades. Interesting.

People might find "The Art of Execution" by Lee Freeman-Shor interesting. It identifies a number of trading strategies, some of which work better than others!

Share price has now overtaken that of GGP indicating more people becoming aware of SVE's attractions and thus narrowing discount to NAV.

SVE might offer a cheaper way into GGP. They have 82m shares at 11.6p, say £9.5m compared to a market capitalisation of £6.5m. SVE also have a few other investments which may be fruitful in due course. Full disclosure: I have PRIM, SVE and GGP!

Both now seem to be keeping pace with GGP but still offer a cheaper way in plus they have other strings to their respective bows. Full disclosure: I have both.

Saw this mentioned en passant on the GGP board. Had a swift look and am now on board. Had a very good holiday in Morocco last year but omitted to check on phosphate prospects.
