You would have to be smoking it to think DVRG will make any money from that....they have been on that for 2 years now and even had a canaboid tampon developed......for all the good it did they might as well have shoved it up their xxxxs.

Wonder if the bosses here have given up trying to maintain their business in a regulated manner for AIM? They don't seem to be in any hurry to meet basic reporting rules, NOMAD won't be able to just ignore this forever. Maybe the management have a plan to delist (they own 60% of the plc anyway) and take it private after milking AIM for years and years now that it is showing signs of perhaps being a proper business with real revenues at last. Can't be long to wait one way or the other now.

Chesh, don't get me wrong, as business DVRG is outstanding and led by a visionary CEO. My issue is that he sold the future SP to these vultures at Riverfort and YA etc to raise cash against share issues which are now coming to haunt us as investors down the line. Add the placing subscribers from 2019 and we have a witches brew of shares hitting the market just when investors should be seeing rewards in terms of a rising SP on the back of good news issued and much more to come. As a plc DVRG is great for the people involved and their clients but as investment it might a be while yet for shareholders to see the benefits. I know that GB will argue with that cash raised there wouldn't be the business we have today so it's tough luck for us right now at the moment and we simply have to wait, wait, wait.

At this rate we will be back to below 25p next week and could test lower levels, the selling showing no signs of stopping.

I disagree, PIs have been getting the messages loud and clear for months and months here and been buying the shares, the real problem for the SP has been the relentless dumping of stock by Warrant Holders which has been increased this month as their May 2 deadline looms for conversion. Warrant Holders rarely, if ever, convert their warrants into shares and then hols them. Simple really and when warrant holders have finally all cleared off, perhaps then the true value of DVRG will be realised.

The Chart says it all really, share price is back where it was in October 2020. Millions of cheap arrants warrants warrants, nearly as bad as death spiral funding for PIs.

Note to self...don't ever buy and hold any shares when warrant holders are sitting on millions of shares with easy profits and have exercise dates within 3 months ever again.

'kin 'ell....+1.67% has to be the most underwhelming reaction to great news I have ever seen for any listed plc. I know that Gerry says he can't control the share price but these flaming warrants are killing us now.
