Agreed but not so long as our resident dumper keeps selling, as GB often says, why can't they just sit on their hands and wait like the rest of us. Surely TP don't need the cash that badly?

Well I have seen much worse reactions to placings than we have here so far in terms of the share price.

If larger players are prepared to stump £10m to get a piece of DVRG at 30p and intend to hold for a minimum of 3 years then that's fine by me.

I am ok with reasons for the fund raising and the amount involved. Timing is everything and clearly this will be used over the coming months to accelerate sales which is good. I only question the motivations of TP as they seem to be the ones who have sold down the stock continuously since they cashed in their warrants and now we see them again getting discounts and shares and even more warrants which they don't ever seem to be wanting keep for the longer term if will they be an anchor on the share price again going forwards?

Daily trades are still very low at @500k per day now so our sellers volumes are making it easy for MMs to mark down the SP bit by bit. Can't see this low volume of interest lasting much longer and certainly not beyond the next RNS update which we should see by the end of June at the latest and hopefully sooner. Would add great research over the weekend here by our trusted posters and GB certainly seems to be very upbeat re demand/growth for 2nd half of 2021.

So we can both see the plan here re manufacturing components in China with our new partners to be and then assembling them in the new facility being brought on line later this year so Q4 will definitely be huge for DVRG. What I would like is a very good Q3 (July-Sep) but then I am a bit greedy and a bit needy and some news flow to show for it.

Because in China that's the only way it works. You need a local player to open the doors for you. Yes it will bring manufacturing benefits for components, my understanding is kit building will be closer to home than that though.

Chesh...exactly just fed up with seeing companies I have never heard of from all over the world being promoted in the british press for their work to date in market where are told by we are the gold standard....betamax was the gold standard, look where that got them once they missed their market entry point...I don't want to be looking back and seeing what might have been, I want to be looking back and saying the value of the business in June 2021 was crazy low

Also, MWG and SKIN are not start up companies trying to find a demand for a product/market to sell to, they are very long lived business with vast experience and expertise behind them. What has really changed things has been the CEO, and though his the addition of AI and the remodelling of the business opportunities to make them much more financially rewarding through recurring revenue business streams. And I recall we partnered with with a large player some 18 months ago who have access to large markets...ain't seen much coming from that have we.

I am optimistic (very). I raise some innocent questions re company PR and get flamed for having too high expectations, well I'm sorry about that but this meant to be a growth story business, right time, right place, right tech, right CEO etc etc and we all know the competition is out there right now snapping at our heels and wanting to eat our lunch, in that respect you either deliver or someone else will, the market won't accept any excuses such as "oh I am sorry mr customer whilst we have the tech, the people etc we are just too small to deliver the solutions you want, do you mind waiting another 6, 12, 18 months while we find some suitable partners and then scale up please?" Please can you put your monitoring programmes on hold and we will try to get back to you next year....fine say mr customer, next supplier please?

I for one (among others I suspect) will be mightily disappointed if GB says nothing about a revision to the £10m guidance which was based on simply taking Q4 revenues and x4.....I still say £15m min... now that's really realistic and I would challenge anyone who says its over the top here.

Well fwiw I still think that £10m guidance for 2021 was a lowball figure extrapolated 4th qtr Labskin income only. I expect DVRG will deliver min £15m for 2021 and poss £20m without any Govt contracts etc.

Actually I don't like the news and I do feel like shooting the messenger. We had so much positivity here and on twitter recently and you have just rained on my parade big style.
