Don't forget that whilst the number of warrants left to be exercised has reduced to 2.3m, it doesn't mean that shares converted have all been sold. We know that TP still own best part of 6m converted warrants to shares at 5p to 15p and then you have the unnamed 20p placing subscribers who have converted all their 4.3m warrants to shares but we have no idea if they still have any or all of the shares they received. Just saying.....

Re STC, yes the IP is worth shedloads but DVRG ain't selling it so it's worth nowt (yes I know it would take others year and mucho dinero to replicaate it but again it matters not a jot). It's a bit like your house, you might paid £250k for it years ago and with all the work you have done on it and prices rises it might be worth £500k plus IF you sold it but only IF you sell it. And as to the 20k tests a month, our CEO has already rode back once, he said yesterday it stands at 3,000 per month and MIGHT be 20,000 a month by year end/early next year but he does not know, that's what he said. Overall, I just feel he was trying to buy some breathing space across the board and has pushed back on delivering any step changes in incomes to some point in 2022, whenI can't say because I don't know either. I do not expect any big news in the near term, maybe in Nov or more likely Dec at best? This gives our resident sellers plenty more time to drive the SP down further into the mid/low 20s IMO FWIW and I really really hope I am wrong btw.

I still own many, many DVRG shares in my SIPP. I moved the others to see if I can recover some losses on MSYS short term. I am well aware of the big selling previously on MSYS but that seems to have slowed/stopped for now. With an MCAP of just £12m of which £5m is cash, the shares have plenty of headroom potentially.

One good thing that has come yesterday for me was that I emptied my Trading and ISA accounts of DVRG and move into MSYS. So far so good.

The man who runs the company does not know about what was going to be flagship business product offering coming to market. Says it all really. I am finally waking up to the reality here and that is that our CEO loves to talk up what's coming next but when reality starts to dawn he either just stops taking about it or just keeps moving the goal posts further and further back until we almost don't realise it's not there any more. Endless Testing and Assessment is a classic get out of jail card to play for failure to deliver a commercial product and business. Now we have STC expectations carefully being managed back too, September was when capacity to manage 20,000 test a day would be available but what we got instead was current capacity is still 3,000 a day and 20,000 might be achieved by end 2021/early 2022. Everything just keeps slipping back again and again and again. I dread to think what would be happening without Labskin to prop it all up.

fwiw my key take aways from yesterday's investor briefing were all negative unfortunately.

Previously Gerry had told us that TP were not sellers in the market of the cheap options. Yesterday (and out of pure frustration I think bearing in mind the feedback/questions he had received from PIs he changed that message). Now of course he did not have to share what TP have actually done with us but he did so it's now public domain information that TP did in fact sell shares to cover the cost of exercising their options (most of those options were for just 5p). I have figured out that they have sold circa some 2m shares, could be more, could be less depending on what prices they got, I used 30p as the average. The value of options covered in real money was some £550,000 + whatever CGT that came with that. So we have gone TP not being sellers to them selling £0.55m shares + more to cover their CGT liabilities.

Then we got the classic one-liner re Rainbow chasers and DVRG not being for you. Well I am sorry but it seems like its a case one rule for TP and others who sell for great returns and another for us mere mortals who have nothing to show for the last 12 months here and indeed a falling SP. I am not fecking rainbow chaser but I would expect a fast growing company with unique offerings and huge markets to show me something otherwise I should have stuck with the boring old ftsie etc.

Over time, not overnight, that phrase is really is starting to grind on me now and can you recall Gerry telling us previously to just sit on our hands. Of course yet again that advice doesn't apply to those with cheap options who have been doing the exact opposite. Gerry says he can't control the share price, really? He's the one who created these cheap opportunities for bigger players to cash in this year at zero risk to themselves, he can't seriously just wash his hands of that when his finger prints are all over it.

Rant over and no I wont be expecting a Xmas card from Gerry this year either but I had to get this off my chest.

Right I have finally sat down and done some numbers re TP and their warrants that have been exercised.

We know that they exercised warrants to a total of 8,422,284 at various costs per tranche for between 5p and 20p.

Those warrants would have cost them £550,199.75.

Gerry says they sold enough shares to cover £550,199.75 costs which if they got an average 30p they would have sold @1,833,999 shares.

1,833,999 x 30p = £550,199.75

They also sold enough shares to cover CGT but without knowing which options they actually sold you can't get that figure.

That's it fwiw.

When you have an unkown seller dumping multiples of 50k daily the sp won't move up. Warrant conversions and placings just dilute us over and over again. Financial engineering seems to work very well for a select few here.

£600,000 went on "expenses", wtf did they do to warrant £600,000 costs to raise that money? Planes ,yachts and hookers perhaps?

The gross proceeds receivable by the Company pursuant to the Placing and Subscription are expected to be £10 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of approximately £9.4 million for the following purposes:

· Acceleration of Labskin Services

· Expand Skin Trust Club

· Expansion of Modern Water Sales

· Working Capital

Trills the only imminent thing I am seeing the SP falling with continued sells today, no one is buying. TP are a joke of a broker.

Does anyone actually take these research notes by TP seriously? They have been banging the drum on DVRG for month after month, we never see any real buying but plenty of sells.

Nearly all gone and looks like TP were the main sellers to date. 2m left overall
