I agree DVRG would not get involved the tender winner, the question I raised was why DVRG did not tender themselves? If they are not on the approved UK Govt bidders list that might explain it but then that would open up a whole new can of worms IMO fwiw.

I should have added the tender was for everything to be supplied and operated over just 12 months, with further option to extend on an annual basis.

£265,000 for making, supplying, installing 2 machines and support over 12 months.

Sounds ideal for DVRG as a totally commercially viable real life pilot project to showcase so WTF I am missing here?

I really want to give Gerry the benefit of the doubt here and hope he simply asked his own people what happened and that was what they told him perhaps? He can't be on top everything after all and must delegate responsibilities to others. I just want him to give a straight answer to a straight question in the end.

If a potential local client puts out a tender for someone to manufacture, supply and install brand new automated waste water monitoring equipment why did DVRG not bother tendering? The customer says it awarded the contract on Price so maybe it's a s simple as the money on offer was not good enough to warrant a submission for two machines etc for £265,000 ?

Leaving it like this is just......well add you own endings as you see fit.

I have to say it's telling that 6 people have up ticked Gerry's post below. Now either they just accept whatever they are told and just want to tick Gerry for posting to keep him sweet so he continues to post on the BB or they can't read what's in front of them. I am not going to repeat the tender contents again, it's there is plain English. I do not know why Gerry has posted an answer that might relate to something else but it is definitely is not related the tender in question. The feels like PMQs when the leader of the opposition asks a clear and defined question and the PM answers with an answer that fails to address what was asked but the PMs supporters just cheer him on anyway whatever is said.

Why are you thanking an answer that describes the tender being related to acting as a consultancy, servicing others (non DVRG) equipment when the actual tender description was to:

Manufacture;
Supply; and
Install new monitoring equipment.

Are you trying wind people up here now? That latest award is for exactly what DVRG was designed to do and yet 2 awards in their own backyard (Nov 2021 and now March 2022) have gone to a small limited company with orders for over £600k. Words fail me as it looks as though DVRG didn't even bother to submit anything for both tenders.....

Maybe I am adding 2+2 and getting 5 then but looking at the continuous selling by insiders here through 2021 and into 2022 it begs the question why are they doing it (perm any number of reasons I guess but they are sellers whatever their reasons. Yes news is needed and long, long over due (but why is that? We get told it's prolonged testing, or it's NDAs (state secrets), or the products keep under going miniturisation, or we can't travel to China (for over a year now), or we have changed the business model from equip up front sales to long term 5 year leases (that's a huge change out of the blue). The pandemic is now going into it's 3rd year and some organisation are adopting sewage monitoring for covid but as we saw only this week the orders keep going to other players. STC and new staff levels/accommodation must have significantly increased costs/overheads/travel/sponsorship etc etc so no wonder Gerry needed the cash in a hurry after blowing through £10m in 9 months and not getting on board with CR which I understood was the original reason he did the 30p placing to show CR that DVRG had the cash resources to cover their end of any manufacturing agreement. I could go on but even I am bored with my posts now.

Vascular have you had any experience of CLINs being associated with shares you have invested in previously?

Probably a waste of time raising the question as Gerry clearly is not comfortable to share this important information but I thought he deserved another chance if he is still bothering to read the BBs these days?

Hmmm, I read that last RNS many, many times and I am not buying at the moment.

Actually not quite the same, I invest for the future rather than trading but I have no issue if that's your preferred way of "investing". I just got the impression you had regular chats with Gerry by phone or DM on twitter and that Gerry had given you genuine reasons rather than platitudes for holding/buying DVRG despite what has happened. Clearly that is not the case so I won't trouble you with questions about stuff like what happened to the £10m raised last June. My apologies for thinking otherwise.

Well that's that sorted then, Chris (despite previous claims) knows about as little as the rest of us here in reality.
