The reaction the potential use of CLINS has been ridiculous. They are there as a backstop only.

The company is discussing more funding with other parties worldwide.

When that is confirmed the company will be fully funded going forwards.

Potentially up to $7m at potentially £1.10 via CLIN vulture......$3m happening now leaving another $7m possible. Looks like a backstop in case other funding doesn't materialise.

Sharebel, CLINs are a nightmare, no matter what the company says about not being allowed to short the stock, they always manage to drive it down to what they are really wanting it at. Company says that the CLIN is really a backstop to ensure they have all the cash they need in case the other monies they want to raise don't materialise but the terms agreed are pretty poor imo. WTF they had to agree that right now is beyond me and was really poor timing IMO.
