On that basis IMM Mcap at less than £10m is looking super cheap? CEO here already claimed INC valuation would be closer to £100m by year end which would mean their holdings in INC would be more than the current IMM MCAP......

At 10.8% its actually even more valuable

5 Months in....news must be close?

Simbec-Orion has been appointed as the Contract Research Organisation ("CRO"), for the P140 (Lupuzor™) Phase 3 study in SLE, following extensive due-diligence and a six month tender process, involving 3 different CROs. This was conducted by ImmuPharma's clinical team and agreed with its US partner, Avion Pharmaceuticals, LLC ("Avion")

In addition, ImmuPharma and Avion consider that a Phase 3 dose-ranging study, rather than the longer Phase 2/3 adaptive study is preferable. The direct Phase 3 route is faster to filing for approval whilst also incorporating FDA's request for demonstration of a dose-ranging in the pivotal program.

The international Phase 3 dose-ranging study design and protocol is substantially different from previous clinical trials completed by ImmuPharma. Dosing will still be a subcutaneous injection, once a month, but with significantly higher doses, which have demonstrated safety and tolerability as part of the clinical program. Two planned interim analyses during the course of the study will allow early indications of the effectiveness of P140.

As the study continues to move forward in 2024, further details on the study's timings, protocol and key elements of the clinical trial design will be communicated at regular intervals.

And then the sells kick in at the end of the day too, regular as clockwork. No doubt Lanstead have a line of shares sitting with their broker to execute daily, regardless of the price. Wonder who is working for and against Lanstead in the MMs world each day, we are just collateral damage as they play their strategy out. Must be tough to watch for the CEO too (assuming he does look at the MCAP at least from time to time) and another prime example of of how LSE is more about trading than investing for growth these days.

Really struggling to understand the daily trades on this on over recent times. MMs keep moving the SP around but difficult to see how/why they need to with such small real volumes being traded. Also looks like those who bought at 1p back in Feb/Mar 2024 plus have been cashing in their profits every day and holding these back as a result. Should be getting to the point where they are finally out and then maybe the direction of travel for the SP will improve.
