Its most likely that the big seller (assuming its the ex director) would have placed an order with his broker to sell xxx shares by a certain date. Broker then parcels them up and sells in batches "to maintain an orderly market" rather than sell in one go or in a few days. It makes no difference to them what the price movements are or what price they get shares away at. Seen it before elsewhere, just the way it is. Of course no one likes to see it but there it is.

Go and review csfs last trading update and compare their share price to 12 months ago a company doesn't need to be profitable to appreciate in value.

Splatted I know, just a discussion view bearing in mind current markets. Stablecoin alone could be very valuable with fca approval which would change everything

Any buyout would have to be a huge premium to current mcap at least x 4 or 5 imo

It s exactly as stated below, CPX and GST have a lot of similarities but GST has added strings to their bow too.

I expect GST to deliver at least well as CPX aka FIN has for its shareholders. CPX had a rocky ride at some points that made no sense at all but got through it (sound familiar?).

Lloyd, The CEO (James Hickman) at FIN is simply amazing and did a fantastic job there rebuilding a seriously damaged business caused by a reckless former CEO. James Hickman did all that in very quick order too, from 6p a share to 40p. His market comms are a lesson for all.

Well looks like whoever it is that dumping has given along line of stock to their broker to sell full stop. Would explain why sells are still popping up at these levels. No point try to fight it right now imo, Better let it play out and then add at whatever price works for anyone looking to add. Just my view fwiw but each to their own as they say.

As Keanes once said "the market can remain irrational far longer than you can remain solvent".........wise words from many years ago.
