Ideal scenario imo would be for PPP to arrange for deeper pocket other(s) to BUY IN for $xxx in exchange for xxx% interest.

That would really be best way forward I can see.

Thank you for posting receipt of placing monies has been confirmed by PPP. Should be good news re signing off the accounts IMO .

Once the Auditors are satisfied that PPP plc is a going concern they will sign off the accounts and company suspension will be lifted so it will be back.

No disagree there Newuncle. Nowadays it's all about technology. The new tech can now stimulate upto ten times previous oil amounts. We need to stop being selective with what we put out.

Under the new arrangement that $2.7m a year is more likely to be $337,500 for 5 wells at previous 18 BOPD.

Now, if, J&J can move quickly enough to increase the BPOD and increase the number of wells then its Xmas for everyone but they need to get going now and will be playing catch up imo.

$45,000 per month per well is good x that by 12 months that's $540,000 per annum per well x that by say 5 wells that's $2.7M revenues a year minimum.

CTH1 ACTUAL Production

Working with our partners these issues have now been resolved and we look forward to a full current month of production, we are currently on track to see revenues above US$45,000.00 per month once again.

Ince the last regulatory news release updating shareholders on the 25th March 2024, the company advises that oil sales revenues continue from CT1H and net oil sales (gross minus taxes and royalties) for February totalled US$48,470.26 and the Company expects to bank another US$37,083.16 around the 21 April for March's oil production, which was curtailed by intermittent pump and generator issues. Working with our partners these issues have now been resolved and we look forward to a full current month of production, we are currently on track to see revenues above US$45,000.00 per month once again.
