Persistent and Abusive Multi ID Poster

LSE Chat Rules specifically state that users must not use multiple accounts and also must not post personal abuse on your LSE Chats.

There is obviously a person who has created many new IDs in recent months and has created yet another just today to specifically post abuse at others.

Clearly this in breach of your T&Cs and yet this individual simply creates a new account almost daily as previous ones are removed.

Please confirm what actions are being taken to address this asap
