What I am getting at is the analogy of you and your mate buying a car.
All the time it's sitting in a garage, it still got the same value or if it's a classic fluctuating a little or a lot.
You could rent it out yourself and make money, or, if you realise it's a rare one, you can sell it at the true value. If people are not prepared to pay the true value, sod em. Put the work in yourself and reap the rewards while they have to walk or look around for something else to buy. The rarer the vehicle the more the cost. and some are not for sale.. I KNOW.
