Red Rock Resources - Andrew Bell, CEO7 May 2022 14:18
On another forum [RRR], one poster said that Mr Bell said that RRR will be his swansong when he retires.
CO HOUSE
It stated that Mr Bell is 67 years old on Feb 2022. So, Mr Bell has reached retirement age and it is up to him when he wants to retire.
Prior to his retirement, one hopes that he will REALISE VALUE from all the exploration assets on the books including Greenland which still appears in the interims RNS of 29 Apr 2022 [small note of £69,000 from recall and this may be for licence fee but I am not privy].
REALISE VALUE
Some can be reaslised earlier and some not so given that it takes time before commodity prices are attractive enough for co's to come in etc and they have their own cycles.
CGNR - loads of murmurings but when gold price was not condusive, no one wanted to JV etc especially in Ireland where the AISC will be more akin to Tier 1 jurisdictions. It takes 16 yrs for a mine to come into existence as industry norm. Now, with gold at US$1,850+, a JV partner has come in by way of a Turkish Fortune 500 co. I did know as co's were last interested when the gold price was high and not before. So, some things are out of the hands of the co but rather depends on the commodity price and when investment money comes in.
JUDGE ON WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN
Mr Bell has mentioned on 29 Apr 2022 in an interview with Proactive what is going on with some of the projects example CONGO MUSONOI, LITIGATION, OFFER FOR THE CO etc.
Mr Bell is going to the Congo to settle the US$5m +US$15m re: Musonoi by way of cash or "EQUAL LICENCES /SPLIT PROPERTIES" [50.1% to RRR/JV]. He also mentioned" FIT FOR US$250 MILLION LITIGATION OUTSIDE CONGO."
Mr Bell also said: "OFFER FOR OUR ASSETS." He did not mention what asset but from looking back at older financial Annual Reports, Interims, it would appear that the CHINESE were going to JV/BUY KENYA MIGORI from RRR but the Covid rules stopped them. Not sure if this is the asset ?
13 TOTAL TRADES IN RRR ON FRI, 6 MAY 2022 ON DAY OF ZIMBABWE LITHIUM
So, obviously, NO ONE IS INTERESTED IN BUYING.
This is the case as Paul Johnson said when it comes to co's wherein investors chase when a share price goes up and not before. So, methodology is CHASE prices and then ....?
IS MR BELL ABLE TO REALISE VALUE FROM RRR 'S PORTFOLIO?
One has to wait to see what happens when Mr Bell returns from the CONGO, DRC.
Then, comes the rest of the portfolio.
MT IDA
I am hoping that Mr Bell will help the Juno big cheese see that getting Mt Ida up into a mine will take time and a/c to their Mar interims, it will be only once Mt Mason comes in steady.
Mt Ida is said by the MD, Juno to be the "MOST ADVANCED" and biggest in the Yilgarn.
Gina Rinehart is interested in Mt Bevan, next door to Juno's Mt Mason. Mt Bevan has 2 projects and one is ALSO A MAGNETITE iron ore project at 1.1bn tonnes vs Mt Ida [Juno 100%] at 1.85bn tonnes.
Edison put a value of US$3.5 per tonne for Mt IDA at 1.1-1.3bn tonn
