Just message your broker and tell them how you want to vote.
If someone can come up with some standard wording for this anyone can just copy and paste it to their broker to make life easier.

I would hold off a week or so in case there is some good explanation coming out of the company soon. I live in hope.

You get billed after the work is done, not before. Copl had no money to pay the bill for all these waivers. So offered shares instead. It's not JV related as that would be insider dealing.

The assets this company has are undeniably great on paper and the company will succeed based on those. However I've been stung many times in the past where a company looks too good to be true and the PIs get completely done over in one form or another, even though the company continues on.

This is what makes this company a huge risk in my opinion, are the shareholders apart of this companys future or not. I certainly hope so as the return should be fantastic. But I can't help thinking there's a good chance we're going to get screwed.

I guess all we can do to ensure we remain in the picture is make sure you are eligible to vote at the AGM and follow it through. How you vote is up to you. It sounds like PIs have a large chunk of the current shares, remember it's our company. Art works for you. Make him accountable.
