I reckon the consolidation resolution is being used by the bod to test us. By purposely putting such an outrageous resolution in they are seeing what they can get away with. If it passes they will be able to get away with anything they want in future knowing it won't get challenged or voted down.
Postie is right, the telegram poster did not specifically request that these emails can or cannot be posted elsewhere.
However it's pretty lame not to have the decency to ask first and instead just copy and paste from what is meant to be a semi private group into a public forum.
Just message your broker and tell them how you want to vote.
If someone can come up with some standard wording for this anyone can just copy and paste it to their broker to make life easier.
I would hold off a week or so in case there is some good explanation coming out of the company soon. I live in hope.
Simple answer to stop the worry. You all need to get off your bums and vote against the consolidation resolution.
Show them who owns the company!
It is clear Art is not working in shareholders best interest. I'd rather he sold assets than consolidate at 1000 to 1.
So after consolidation we'll be at £56 quid a share?? Multibagging to just £1 the equivalent share price will be £1000? Who's going to afford to buy those shares?
I think I'll inform my broker to vote against this one thanks Art.
