Down currently ~26% on opening price of RNS, require ~35% increase to return to opening SP.. :-(

Good news on text in agreement passed this morning :

"There are also elements in the text which they are not happy are present, including this line: "Recognizes that transitional fuels can play a role in facilitating the energy transition".

There is a concern that the "transitional fuels" is referring to natural gas and gives countries a free pass to use it beyond 2050. Natural gas is a fossil fuel and its use produces greenhouse gases which are responsible for climate change..."

Hope those 3 x £25k this afternoon are Director buys. Adonis did say that directors would probably buy when outside of closed period. Really need them to put their own cash down given SP fall after RNS to back up their deal esp as Adonis stated in the webcast that it's "no longer a dream, it's a reality" when talking about Anchois project.

Fully agree, however I would go one step further and say they had inside info that made their decision to buy in big, now looking like they want to fully exit. If it proves to be one of our 6%'er, we shall await the TR-1 with interest. Whoever it was that put forward an indicative offer (may of been more than one offer/offeror) for the whole company I would say links to these parties proved leaky in the build up.

Last time our SP was this low....Unbelievable !!!

Probably the seller trying to keep the price stable after watching it sink on the out of control selling yesterday. If you are going to sell, why not try and get the best price you can ...... Be nice then if they left it to rise ~20% then sell some more, almost as if it's a distressed seller, if so, unbelievable co-incidence that it coincided with yesterdays RNS of course !

Energean can be a lot more nimble than a larger FTSE100 et al player as such the project should move forward relatively quickly, indeed this was one reason stated for selecting Energean as explained during yesterday's webcast . Yes, alot hangs on the drill, but given the confidence voiced yesterday appears well balanced in favour of a successful outcome.

Who would have thought RR would x10 bag in 3 years, unfortunately I sold mine and stuck a significant proportion into here a few months back ..... RR still climbing even though well over bought, now +30% from when I sold, CHAR -30% from when I decided to swap investments !!! .... D'oh!

At one point Orcadian were up ~50%, guess CHAR helped balance the LSE scales....

Hope they buy bucket loads ...

Back to March 2022's SP, at time of RNS for Post-Well Analysis on Significant Gas Discovery at Anchois-2 Well that Confirms excellent quality dry gas and significant increase in net gas pay.... unbelievable !!
