Where else can you get an uplift of an additional 150% in production for free other than at SQZ.

You could argue now the BKR deal is in the bag that SQZ are a prime T/O.

In a few years our production and one would hope revenue from aforementioned assets will increase by 150% or more (R3) by end of 2021 for NIL capex (except for R3).

Where else could a deal be so well geared to an acquirer at this point in time. Yes I know it should be based on at least $15/barrel P2's, but from where our SP is atm, you would not bet against our major shareholders (Hardy's et al) taking the money and voting for a quick exit. Not to mention the rest of our portfolio and cash on hand / tax credits

An offer tomorrow for 200p would be passed by shareholders without a doubt including myself imo.

Think he will be buying back after the 20% fall off highs given the cash we are generating and due to increase our revenues from BKR by +25% in a few weeks without any additional capx. Cash straight to the bottom line.

Cash flow and extremely attractive forward looking 2019/2020 P/E will attract unwanted attention, if not already done so, aimo

Yes, noticed that myself .... agree, we are in the same ballpark in term of deal size so could well be an approach after the deal has completed if we don't get re-rated by the market swiftly.
