Something I mentioned months ago on this board and was shot down .....

IMO, it's easy money that allows for expansion of market and able to sell above the pipeline demand. From what I recall bottle gas was going for around $18 against our current of c$10.50. My assumption was if we can not make a profit on $1 extraction cost there is something very wrong.

Clearly this RNS has been 'used' as an rabid excuse to drop the SP ....

We have been given no reason for the slippage of SD so my point stands ...few weeks after delisting from TSX we will be at 70-80p and probably no more !!!

PW has the ability to more than double our current production by bringing SD online and adding 5,500boepd .... so why is this not being pushed through as fast as possible ..... reason, our SP will probably swiftly re-rate. Much harder to buy a company when it's on the up, rather than languishing at 2 year lows.

This is being setup for a t/o imo .... made a point of saying no more equity to be issued ..... why would they, would mean more they have to acquire. SDX SPV et al will take this company over

So can one can now assume, the 'delay' to SD was 'planned' to ensure we preserve sufficient cash flow for the business needs to avoid taking on debt and not incompetence of the mgt !

Nothing that I can see to light up the SP ....

What is clear, is the potential still locked up within SDX.

Comes back to the question ..... Why do we NEED to sell ?

I do believe the Minimum Mcap is just £700,000 to be eligible.

I see no incentive to remain on AIM.

As far as criteria is concerned, our accounts show more than 3 years. Our shareholder base hold >25% in public hands. We have sufficient working capital for the next 12 months. I don't have any worry about our corporate governance, that I am aware of !

SQZ are ready to make the move now. We could apply and move within 3 months .... lets get it done is what I say. After all we have been on AIM for 14 years now !!!

14 years is too long, with the ambitions of SQZ, moving is not an 'if' but 'when' in my eyes.

Would like to see a move to the main market listing this year, why ....

Would give exposure to funds that currently do not trade in AIM listings, ( for obvious reasons )

SP stability and growth.

Open us to more choice of capital markets, if ever required

Give kudos and will represents a badge of quality and increased profile.

As a company, over the time it has taken to get to this stage since Medco's inital formal offer, we have made more in cash by producing / selling our oil ... so in effect they are making no "increased" offer at all .... afaic.

You are looking at this from a PI's POV.

Try seeing how big business would handle acquiring a world class asset on the cheap.

"We won’t be taken out prior to GL. Too much risk until signed and sealed..."

Disagree I'm afraid.

No real risk at all for private equity firms and alike ... £28m current Mcap is chicken feed for most of these operators. Could offer £50m and would probably have a good chance imo. Using the VWMA as basis on which to make an offer.

Once the GL is given the price would easily be x4 for starters.

More chance than ever for this mine to developed ... PE firm could flip for a sustainable profit very easily imo.

If not just sit on it like we have for a little longer ... like I said, imo this will happen.

Are we about to be taken out ..... and I don't mean fine dining, wine and great company !!!

Unfortunately, I have that to the forefront of my mind atm given they way this share has been played for months / years.
