Going by SQZ recent RNS and the fact we no longer hold an interest in Irish waters, plus their wrongly association with highly contentious fracking. With annual turnover last year of £1.7m and 91 boepd (looking to double with new developments) company currently running at a loss, I would say ...not a chance atm, imo

Agree guys, just venting my frustration in respect of how easy our SP continues to be manipulated for such a great company ..... day in day out.

Really did think after the EoY RNS / presentation last week we had finally seen the end of the 130's, let alone 120's. But here we are, below the VWMA(100) once more ... sigh !!!

Before you should think of any type of recovery imo (excluding funding RNS of course)

As the trades were declared after hours and at a price point above the closing mid price, they do, by default show as a buy, but then you know that anyway.
Without a time stamp you can not tell if they are buy or sell.

Given the execution price, it is impossible to quantify if they are SELL or BUY.

Given the SP shown little support of any form or uplift during the day, imo they were SELLS.

Agree, but even this is limited. Been almost 2 1/2 years since BKR was announced, since then SQZ have made no progress to talk off. Yes, the BKR deal was amazing, but without the progressive PSA and the repair of Erskine where would SQZ be !

I do think we are in the shop window atm ..... PE firms and those backed by PE funding (ie Tailwind) will see $$$ in their eyes, with a easy return in the next 3-4 years on their investment should they make a move on SQZ imo.

You are correct the price is a good opportunity ...... now this is a big IF, should the path forward not be to the detriment of the PI's. There is value, but how and who is able to release this is the big unknown ..... cash is needed, that is for sure.
