On Wed next week our revenue from gas will increase due to swaps in place for Q2 compared to Q1

For Q1 swaps covered 16% of gas production at 46.6p/therm

For Q2, this now covers 24% of gas production at 40.8p/therm

This of course does not including our PSA agreement with BP for a hedge of 35p/therm too.

At 80% gas production, ACW did really well once more to put the swaps in place just weeks before the virus broke out.

There would be no real cost either way with this announcement imo. So your statement of 'huge cut in opex' is totally false.

It's just a change of registered offices .... not the same as the office at which you are based, in this case Halton House London and Charter Building Aberdeen.

Both companies would go into suspension ..... then, come out of suspension at an 'appropriate' time, in say 3 - 6 months when the world is returning to normality.
