Don't think we need to wait until winter, demand and supply will re-balance quicker for gas than oil imo. Once we begin to partially re-open, what will that mean, well my view is that organisations will, in general, need to run all environment and operational requirements in full regardless if there are 10 or 1000 people turning up for work. On the other demand side are households that too will need to use their cookers and boilers as not all members of the household would return to work at the same time, kids at home etc. Add in supply reduction as gas shipped to the UK from places like Saudi / US will be reduced (as it tends to be a byproduct of oil production from these countries) so demand for UK Nat Gas, I hope, should improve, likewise, the price too. You are correct that once winter kicks in I can see a significant improvement in gas prices, come 2021 Q1 we could easily be back above 35p/therm.

In the meantime, our hedges in place ensure we remain very profitable well into 2021.aimo

Hedging was done to fully cover CapEx .... since then CapEx has been REDUCED by $80,000,000 (and possibly more, see RNS/ Presentations) .... so you can guess what that can do to improve the finances. We also put surety's into place so cash is not going to be an issue going forward. But I guess you know all this already !

To early to quote these figure as the it takes at least 12 months to bed in an acquisition, esp the size and complexity of Marathon deal. Both Opex and therefore break-even are constantly improving week on week as efficiency gains and synergies take effect ..... Remember, RRE recently ran stress tests are were still found to be fine, to me that's as good as saying, 'were fine folks', even in this low priced environment.

For H1 2020 we have some strong hedges in place, Q2 covers ~65% of daily gas production at average 37.9p/therm. Q3 falls away but the Q4 once again have some strong hedges open.

So all, in all, 2020 we will average 43% of daily gas production hedged at an annualized average price of 39p/therm.

Also, from 1/1/20, SQZ added a further 20% of the PSA (now 500,000 therm/day net 2020) to their revenue stream of the above hedges.

As Mitch mentioned with his analyst call on results Thursday 23/4, "We are still profitable, at prices we see on the screens today".

So we had a problem breaking and holding 100p on Thursday .... then, lol, back down we go Friday ... noticed 3 single share trades one after another to ensure we closed low. Followed by a whole 7 shares UT, 89p to complete the close on the day low.

So we have applied for licences that will allow us to use the Bruce platform. "Actively seeking further prospects to drill that might lead to new tie-backs to the Bruce platform...."

"As Bruce operator, Serica is engaged in preliminary discussions with potential third party shippers.."

So if we can get more throughput this will help lower decom and may well push out our half-life too, plus added revenue.

Serica has made a number of applications in the 32nd UKCS licensing round with results due Q2 2020.

So hopefully we may get some more licences that offer synergies.
