RE: Double bottom?7 Jun 2024 14:35
I think they broke the law. They lied a lot.
Is there no laws that protect shareholders from this sort of corruption?
Their first lie was "UKs First industrial scale lithium ion recycling"
When this is not true and there are many lithium ion battery recycling centers.
Their second lie was bringing Recyclus and Technology minerals together under one company.
Their 3rd lie is tricking us to think Recyclus and Technology minerals are two different companies when in reality they're both owned and directed by the same crooks.
What is fraudulent trading ? I've been looking in to laws regarding this, here are some examples of Fraudulent trading:
"A person commits the offence of fraudulent trading under the companies legislation if he is knowingly party to the carrying on of a company's business either with intent to defraud creditors or for any other fraudulent purposes"
"Deliberately continuing to trade, even when the company is clearly insolvent. Hiding company assets or selling them for less than their true value (transaction at undervalue) Misappropriating company funds to benefit the director personally, or benefit their family members/friends"
We as shareholders should take Robin Brundle to court.
