Ha - Very good Phil.... The USA, like the U.K. is a tanker, not a speedboat. Key decisions made now make their full impact in a few years. It’s Obama’s policies that turned the US round and it’s the Tory policies that have screwed up the U.K., good and proper.

The EU has perfectly good rules with regards to immigration and the requirements of settling in a different EU country than the one you were born in, fundamentally you have to be able to support yourself and pay your taxes.. funnily enough the Tory government decided not to implement them as immigration gave more to the economy than it takes out, so was deemed a waste of money..
