I'm with you there expatbrat, I jumped in yesterday at 6.3 but not too much of an investment. To me it seems there are two main types of AIM share. One that will use dilution as a means to an end, to grow the initial business before they go commercial. There are a few successful ones, ASOS, AUG etc, usually the management have a lot of skin in the game.
Then there are the companies that think they are running a science experiment and will dilute as much as humanly possible, UKOG, KDNC etc.. lots of lost money with these people as every time it starts to look good they dilute.
The Jury is still out for me on what type of company Velocys is. gla
