My only worry is if they offload the Italian business, this would have a serious impact on International revenue part of the business, and therefore might mean that % of the business share would decrease, with the rest of the shares of the business increasing and our therefore our reliance becoming increased on the parts of the business being taxed more, increasing.

DJEPSON I'm guessing it's got something to do with our level of debt in comparison to theirs

As shareholders we really need an update from our CEO to explain this contingency plans for the implications of this budget, and how it will impact each revenue steam specifically, and as a business overall.

Something needs to be said, and it needs to be quick .

Why the rise today?

Teddy - if Labour is going to kill off the industry, then why would you buy in at any price? Whether it's 20p or below.

If you feel there's going to be no industry left, then surely it's not worth investing in?

For what it's worth the market in the US and the UK have taken a hit over the last two days and I think this share and other shares have taken a hit along with it.

Llloyds was up to 95p the other day. 75% up for the year, and went down to 91p today

Rather than move towards 1.50......we've dropped back around 30%

Let's not jump to conclusions....on this board we are very quick to think the worst, and then it automatically creates apprehension or fear.

Seems to open a few pence higher everyday then drop again throughout the day......strange pattern nearly everyday

Disappointing there wasn't continued momentum this week, and we've seen a bit of a retraction

Would have been good to have seen continued optimism.

But why are are majority of analysts still putting this up as a strong buy....and have been since were in the 60s.

They have a lot more time on their hands to study the numbers and the market than we do, and they all seem to be consistent with what they are saying, and they are all on the same wavelength.

What do they know that counteracts everything the negative( some might say realists) posters are saying on this board

This has now equalled the low it hit in April earlier this year.

It all is driven by the uncertainty and fear around taxes.

Take that away, and this business is in a better position than it was when there was a takeover offer on the table of 156p per share.

We are in a better place than we were this time last year in terms of commercials and Year end forecasts and expectations.

Most of us on here who are genuine LTHs need a hell of a turnaround.....but will there be any bounce back once the taxes have been confirmed.

Surely the risk of taxes on the industry, and more, is built into this price.

It's not looking good.

This govt has a lot to answer for..........we have literally seen this share drip down everyday since the first whisper of taxes on the industry.

Without any clarification or confirmation, there has been a fear and guesswork around the industry now which has led to this share halving in price.

Budget isn't until 26th November? why would there be a recovery today / tomorrow?

Amers mentioned that this should take a huge jump forward on back of FDA application when it happens.

But I thought I read somewhere that we had already applied for FDA approval?

Does any have a clear an accurate update on this?
