Not sure how I feel about all the appointees, they have done a great job getting the site up and running but have not diversified and not exactly done a great PR to help get the share price moving.

As per the RNS announcement released on the London Stock Exchange on 1st May 2026 (click here to read the full announcement), Kodal Minerals’ licence in connection with the Nielle gold concession has now expired, and as a result, the Company no longer holds any continuing interest in that licence area. The Nielle Licence was initially granted for a three-year period in 2014 and had been the subject of two renewals, each for three-year terms in accordance with the local mining code. In 2023 the Company was granted a further two-year exceptional renewal. A further exceptional renewal was requested, however this was not accepted.

Castle Minerals Ltd has separately announced an agreement to acquire, in staged milestones, up to 90% of the new licence application lodged by Côte d’Ivoire registered company Golden Arrow SARL (click here to read the full announcement). The agreement between Castle and Golden Arrow followed an open and competitive tendering process

I smell a rat, so in less than three weeks they have done a drilling campaign and had it analysed ? Berni has some explaining to do.

Elcobbledore, I have been getting similar numbers that is why I am so amazed at what the share price is. Patience is key.

I do believe we came across each other about 8 years ago at a GGP AGM.

Elcobbledore, I tend to agree that the JV will continue but how much will they pay? Stage 1 =$100 mill so how much for stage 2 ? Let’s not forget when doing calculations for the future our ambition is to have stage 1 & 2 running at the same time.

My question is will Kodal go stage 2 on their own or will they continue a partnership? If the partnership continues how much will they pay & what percentage? If Kodal go on their own the upside is massive. Just a thought!!! Or will will Kodal be brought out? Either way all is looking very good for us.

Will we get a nice surprise when our first shipment arrives and the final weigh in is done ? Because I believe the initial payment is a floor price and final payment will be at current market price.

The procedures will finalise a Certificate of Analysis and Certificate of Weight that will be used for the calculation of payment.

I would like an update on what’s happening at the plant? Are we running at 100% how much have we got waiting for transportation to the docks etc etc
