Same happened last time, pledge of shares, then when it came to cock on block time, everyone backed out, I’ll champion it for accountability but need support, I will even call him Colin even though he deserves to be called worse.....

Colin, Please confirm when the accounts for last year will be published, year on year you achieved publishing in April, yet this year we are into May and still no sign of the accounts. This is only adding to suspicions around AST financial position, a company sign little revenue coming in, however a BOD who’s salary accounts for more than the revenue coming in??? That’s what Colin has done, switched everyone off completely who supported him at one point, his arrogance is beyond belief and he will always have the last laugh as he is getting paid no matter what is happening with the company and he knows he can play on the fear factor to ensure that shareholders don’t take any action to hold him accountable or have him removed. Imho,

As long as the shares do increase in value the incentive is there.

TPT, the Slovenia press don’t need to fish, the company is in the gutter and when in the gutter is kicked. Just look at the way that Colin behaves in interviews when asked about shareholders, he pulls a face and looks like a slapped a$$, hang on its these same shareholders that pay your wages mate when uou can’t run the company to cover costs. Revenue doesn’t cover the wages of the BOD, the BOD sit there and go it’s all out of their hands, well guess what pack your bags and do one, if paying you these extortionate wages doesn’t deliver results then why should we. I urge people to pledge their votes to add an item to the agenda of the AGM to force accountability and value adding, rather than getting rid of Colin, make half his salary performance based, if was the case guaranteed them compressors would have been in ages ago. Imho,

Pledge your shares to get an item added to agenda, namely remuneration Propose salary is halved and other half is linked to performance, if Colin doesn’t like it go look for other opportunities. Oh wait he did that didn’t he... :-)

Okay. So sticking to facts. How many of the holders are actually happy with Colins performance? Does he provide value for money? With revenue in the gutter, the raise won’t last long, so if revenue doesn’t increase soon then there will be another fund raise and more dilution and for what, for the BOD to maintain their salary.

When will people wake up, he’s a drain on this company for little benefit. If you want to change things then let’s ask for additional items on the AGM agenda, more performance related pay, will then give the BOD an incentive to actually perform. Everyone keeps saying out of their hands. However what do you think would have happened with compressor technology if the BOD salaries were dependent on revenue coming in, bet your bottom dollar that the compressor would have been installed ages ago.
