Great day today, you can now buy shares at less than the latest fund raise, great achievement for AST and really gives the PIs a chance to buy in and wait for the next round of dilution. Colin is doing his best to destroy this company when will people wake up, whether it’s all part of a plan to then accept a low ball offer for the asset, weeks after the well re entry permits land, Colin doesn’t care as he gets paid either way. This company is mainly PI owned and Colin knows that the PIs can’t co ordinate action against him, the only meaningful one was the shareholder letter that forced him to respond formally post that he has ignored everything as he knows that the shareholders don’t have the balls to do anything. Sad situation really.

Encourage everyone to send this email on, if you believe that Colin should be held accountable.

Colin will send this email everyday and encourage all other investors to also send. You need to be held accountable and will also canvass opinion on an extra resolution for the AGM on your re election as CEO as well as a review of your remuneration, right now it is only the shareholders that are suffering, whether the company brings revenue in or not you are enjoying a healthy salary month on month for little benefit / reward for shareholders, why should the shareholder continue to fund your comfortable lifestyle. Colin, Please confirm when the accounts for last year will be published, year on year you achieved publishing in April, yet this year we are into May and still no sign of the accounts. This is only adding to suspicions around AST financial position, a company sign little revenue coming in, however a BOD who’s salary accounts for more than the revenue coming in??? Highlander - although I do hate Colin with a vengeance, however let’s stick to the truth. I believe he actually didn’t need a show of hands on his re election most PIs had wimped out and fear factor so agreed to his re election, I think it was the two resolutions on dilution and they were the ones he resorted to show of hands, one even though he switched to show of hands was a still voted down. I remember one of the attendees at the AGM actually walked out in disgust when the show of hands was used to get his way....

It’s like Groundhog Day, and yes some are just waiting for an uplift and then to dump and run for the hills, for us that have an average of 2-3p, that isn’t an option, we need a sustained uplift. I have been watching SKIN, a share and company that was almost bust and the new CEO had turned the company around, moreso he also bought shares to prove his faith... here we have a Colin that is just take all....

I don’t think it’s every year. If shareholders want it as a resolution then need 10% of the shareholding to Force Colin to add it to the agenda, think it’s 10%, 5% to call an AGM.

He can’t even hit a target of getting the accounts out in time, do wonder what he’s actually busy doing full time now....

I think anyone thinking of buying in ya awaiting the release of the accounts, Colin I bet is awaiting some good news and release the awful accounts at the same time, so complete stalemate. I hope ARSO release the well re entry permits and everyone is caught out completely.....

I think a lot arent for getting rid of Colin and okay the tamer approach of holding him accountable maybe the better way of dealing with this. Need a copy of the accounts which the tool isnt releasing yet to get the values right and yes I agree if he won’t answer I too will attend the AGM and read it out, the biggest tell is his reluctance to invest in the company one he believes in... ????

So why don’t we get together and ask for that accountability. I am drafting a letter for shareholders to get answers from this BOD, I will share on here and would encourage others to do so, last time we asked for an EGM and Colin just ignored it, he thinks he is untouchable and that he has a right to the wage for doing nothing time to show him enough is enough. Even if we have turned a corner and all permits are in place I would rather someone else takes this company forward not Colin
