I think I said or. Ffs, no wonder we get stitched with a show of hands jobby...
Everyone keeps moaning yet no one actually follows through. Need 5% of the shares or 100 people holding 100 pounds each, between us we can’t even muster that up.
Colin, Hope you are well and enjoying the lifestyle that AST provides you, great company to work for I am sure you will agree. Good news on the compressor and although a little late as well depletion has been going on for a while will be fruitful when installed. Can you please update the company website with latest information, doesn’t give any potential investors the right message Phase Two: Developing the field and selling gas into the Slovenian national grid Increase production from Pg-10 and Pg-11A Re-enter and deepen 9 existing wells – permitting programme under way Drill infill wells Build a processing plant to treat the gas for injection into the Slovenian national gas network achieving the highest possible price – IPPC permit due soon from Slovenian Environment Agency The IPPC permit has been issued and should be a key success. Should add on appeal timescales for the well re entry permits and forward looking plan for AST. Field license renewal is also key, again timescales and plan would be good. Can you also confirm when the AGM resolutions will be circulated have looked on the website and cannot find them. Regards, Investor wishing for some value added return sometime imminently in the imminent future. Sent from my iPhone
Phase Two: Developing the field and selling gas into the Slovenian national grid Increase production from Pg-10 and Pg-11A Re-enter and deepen 9 existing wells – permitting programme under way Drill infill wells Build a processing plant to treat the gas for injection into the Slovenian national gas network achieving the highest possible price – IPPC permit due soon from Slovenian Environment Agency Colin can’t even update that we have the IPPC permit what an idiot. But also more importantly re enter and deepen 9 existing wells, permit programme underway? Does that mean the ones applied for cover all wells? Will ask Colin whilst I cuss him for not updating website....
End of 2017 into 2018, discussed further as the stuck tool unfolded...
Stockdale - again Colin has caused that link. The IPPC has been issued, get on and install the plant if the compressor technology will provide enough gas to make the refinery plant viable. Answer is no too risky. Imho the events will need to unfold in this way - well re entry permits granted, field license extension granted. Then a few months of increased revenue required to convince a bank to lend the money for the plant. That’s all unless we get bought out, I think colon won’t let that happen his gravy train will end, unless he gets a massive payout. Totally mis managed throughout this company and reason we are where we are, compressor technology was first discussed 2017, arrogance of Colin stopped it being implemented, his wages came first. Imho.
True. Start the court action, the well compressor equipment will be in place. I think though we need answers on the field license renewal that’s going to be key as it expires in 2022, and is dealt with by the Ministry of Infrastructure. Ideal scenario is well re entry permits issued next week, appeal period over by mid June. AGM is 18th June, Colon will be praying for that miracle.
My view and take of that whole conversation, the new lady is being elected as ARSO Director - Lilijana Kozlovi - the media view is that she will deal with the application fairly and most likely approve it on the experts opinion. Must be close hence the other MP VIOLETA TOMI, seen her before as an environmental activist, is causing a stink, she is also kicking off about the refinery permit. Also interesting how the environmental minister knowing there’s an item on the agenda (oral response not written) last time she asked jure leben for a written response, still chose to leave early and not answer the question. The next assembly is on 17th June, if the Sloweninans are planning on sticking to their guidelines we should have an answer before then anyways.... good luck.... imho.
So today, VIOLETA TOMIĆ, tried to debate Petisovci project in parliament, the minister left before answering her questions “” Mrs. Violeta Tomić, you have a parliamentary question for the just-absent Minister, Mr. Simon Zajc. Want a written or oral response? (Oral.) VIOLETA TOMIĆ (PS Levica): Thank you for the word. In all events around "fracking" in Petišovci, some extreme deaths, but not just gas. We now have another minister of the sort of Party of the Modern Center, who in fact, at the declarative level, advocates that "fracking" does not come, but despite the function and power that comes with it, he does nothing to actually stop this . And so, we get the impression that it's just a piar, which creates a smokestack for some unheard of business from the background. Why am I saying this? Illegal influences and unacceptable pressures on employees were identified, the principles of autonomy and independence of the body and the work of official persons were violated, and even the director of the agency flew away. Well, and it is so obvious that British lobbyists have been illegally affected by our officials, but the environmental permit for the refinery was nevertheless obtained. Arso called for an environmental impact assessment, but every investor in our country, from Lafarge to Kemis, made and eventually got all the permits. After the decrease in the number of SMC ministers and deputies, obviously very good care of their people. Thus, when Zizec was not elected to the National Assembly, he first became secretary to the MESP, and now he is the minister, his head of the office is the former SMC deputy, Andrej Potočnik, while the director of Arsa will be Lilijana Kozlovič, who, however, , former Secretary General of Cerar's Government. That we do not even talk about how former SMC officials are calling on various well-paid departments, from ambassadors to directors. And the image is perfect, the president of this party, Miro Cerar, in his role as foreign minister, met with the British Foreign Minister at the same time, who, by the way, did not even know if he was in Slovenia or in Slovakia. And from the media, we learned that the main topic of these talks was something other than the big problems of the British corporation in obtaining a "fracking" license. I deeply regret that the minister, former SMC deputy, is not here today, but I want clear answers about how the "fracking" thoughts should be stopped forever and how to ban it, because in the Prekmurje environment we are facing an environmental disaster. In short, how to protect people and nature in Petišovci. Thank you. PRESIDENT MAG. DEJAN ZIDAN: Thank you, ma'am. The minister will have to answer the next time. “””
http://mobile.hoerbiger.com/en-2/pages/484 Interesting reading. Question still is why has Colin waited so long..... he needs to go as punishment for that, he protected his wage and pocket before the company interests imho...
Look like sells apart from last one but I welcome it if am wrong
What????
Says on the web 1/20th or 100 people holding at least 100gbp shares. They make it deliberately difficult I think to find info. Aim is corrupt.
When I mean add one, if we can get 5% to 10% backing.
Once the notice for the AGM is known with the actual resolutions, then can add one. I am interested to see if there is one on Colins re election, I don’t think it’s every year.
Only way it will make a difference is make the BOD accountable
Wow this has dropped. Bought in at 2.50 and thought that was cheap. Top up time....
This defies all logic, compressor ordered and the share price dropped... :-)
0.35 was the highest quote I could get for a sell, so not sure if any of the trades this morning were actually sells.....
Haha massive sells on progression. This share is messed up.....
