Current Directors of Mrf are not strangling as they issuing options for themselves in millions.

Jubilee should come right if cost of production and mining and fixing infrastructure and ongoing exploration and transport and labor cost and whatever else is not going to eat most their moneys from sale of SA business. If they don't increase production to make some profit soon they will run short and who knows what next?? ... issuing shares again ???

You are right with numbers 1.2 mln to 5 bln ... my mistake ... sorry 😃... but to make you smile must tell you that I was shareholder of Mrf few times over the years. Maybe I am older than you or old enough to remember many things. Been in JSE since 1986 just before first crash in 87 ... good memory about investing in Iscor .. 7Rand a share ...lol.

Yes ... from 1.2bln to 5bln ... that was most probably deal with Glencor to have share of their production ... good deal .. still standing now.

You can issue as many shares as you allowed to, but in time you should show some reasonable growths from this capital employed. Anybody can verify your figures and see the chart of MRF as well. Stop attacking me and I won't reply.

Good companies got honest and transparent management. They do issue shares but they grow and show the return on capital employed DORFAN ... Merafe after and before 2008 never traded above R2 ....

I support 4everlong ... after SA sell there suppose to be clean business in Zambia without any kind of dilution which was comunicated by Leon, and yet again we have all sort of uncertain deals without clear explanations. WHY????

Dorfan you should arrange with Merafe and Leon some kind of joint venture year ago, than we will not be in this situation what we are now. Merafe is still not doing well ... never past R2 in years even that time.e you were in charge.

Give him.a chance after year and half in charge ??? .. No sitting on the Island and what??? No improvement in communication at all.

Ask yourself where is the profit this company suppose to make in Zambia from such huge prospective areas. We have to buy ore for ROAN to survive and produce bit of copper. So we will see tomorrow what they announce from Molefe. It won't be special and it will be lower grade than expected.
