Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
Agree with you Steve but surely a discussion will take place.
Or could it end up in a court?.
Any idea who and what they are at present.
EIG ???
Slim 6%
GIC under 3%
Bank of America 2.7%
Vanguard
Roughly 5% down so not a great week for the SP but as I say its a moment in time.
The good news is there is no bad news from Germany or anywhere else about the deal so it marches on. I would imagine nearly all of Harbour focus is getting this over the line and a Q3 completion isn't impossible as they probably build some gash time into the timescale.
Big Slim has been active this week and as well as his 6% we know about may have been shopping further in the last few days. The tie up with Harbour concerning Zama and Khan must be important to hIm as well as Harbour itself . I would imagine the FID is either upon us or very soon. Khan results also due very soon (and Andaman). On top of all that our own North sea drills going ahead, Norway and many maay with Wintershall Dea.
A decent 5 year infrastructure tie up this week as well with Ethos always welcome.
I know we can get frustrated with each other but the vast majority on here are decent people just trying to make a few £ so just a thank you for the great post this week and a plea to give yourself 10 mins extra before replying if your offended by anybody on the board.
Ive had a couple of emails from people on here today so good to hear from you and chat over a few things. harbournss@btinternet.com if you ever want to share any thoughts or just say hello....
Have a good weekend all.
On we go......
And this is one of the reasons why Harbour did so well to get their deal off the ground..
“Barclays has announced it will no longer provide direct funding for new oil and gas projects.
The banking giant also says it will restrict lending to energy businesses that plan to expand their fossil fuel production.
Barclays is a major lender to the fossil fuel industry, but has been coming under mounting pressure to curb its support for the sector.
Campaign groups welcomed the move, but insisted it did not go far enough.”
I think its completely ridiculous to talk about prices over £6 at present.
We currently seem to be hostage to fortune at the moment as I said last night and share Alewtraders comment this morning.
We are do it but actually us being on these boards for hours each day doesnt help any of us but we enjoy the crack. What we should do is invest and forget. Nothing has changed since we invested and Fat Boy Slim and BASF should be our leads.
I don't want any further drops but kind of expect them until things settle down. Long term we should be OK but itll take patience and balls...
Expecting news from Andaman and Norway soon.. Zama will be much easier with Slim from Mexico in the bed as well.
Lets get this deal done.....
NSS
So tomorrow could be another difficult day. This could be because of tonights negative sentiment and the herd mentality, Many who jumped in at £3 and now panicking and the fact its Friday, not to mention the general state of the world etc.
We also know that this sort of behaviour took place a couple of years ago with the Chairperson, GS and Bank of America possibly involved.
So the question is are they dropping the price to let shorters out of Fat Boy Slim to load up.
I'll sleep well tonight as nothing has changed since December when the deal was announced so with a guaranteed share price of £3.60 for BASF shares, dozens of banks crawling over this deal who were happy to lend billions and billions of dollars and a Billionaire buying in to the company with inside knowledge.....Well thats enough for me to sleep on.
If you don't need the money now (in which case you shouldn't have invested in Harbour) I wouldn't even be considering selling.
If anyone wants a chat offline from the madness of this board email me at harbournss@btinternet.com...
Keep The Faith....
NSS
I wonder if Carlos is the problem short term.
Is the price somehow being kept low for him to load up.
Why is he so keen, I understand Zama but has he got another agenda.
Am I taking rubbish as usual?
And Wintesahll Dea have been cleared for more.....
https://www.offshore-energy.biz/wintershall-deas-drilling-ops-with-transocean-rig-cleared-for-take-off/
Norway is surely an exciting area for us.
Not only are Harbour drilling Amethyst currently but we are drilling Ringhorn North any day now as well.
Wintershall have numerous project going on including appraising Bergknapp which has recoverable of between 50 and 100 million barrels. They are already producing from multiple fields in Norway...
https://wintershalldea.no/en/where-we-are/production#:~:text=Wintershall%20Dea%20is%20one%20of,operator%20of%20three%20producing%20fields.
And I know its known news but they did very very well in the last auction and got 13 new licences some with partners.
https://wintershalldea.com/en/newsroom/pi-24-01#:~:text=Wintershall%20Dea%20has%20been%20awarded,in%2019%20discoveries%20since%202019.
And when you think that Norway ius only about half of the picture it does make you feel a bit better.......
Nothing to see really but a few changes in their leadership team which I assume we were involved with....
https://wintershalldea.com/en/newsroom/changes-wintershall-deas-leadership-team
What might that mean?
Shorter transferring to institutes.?
Confidence?
Something else?..
Cheers NSS
Ps how much have the other matches pairs been for?
Rookie, Even the most confident of investors are feeling rubbish after today. Another big drop for no reason.
Crazy when oil has hardly moved and we technically produced 500k barrels.
Start to wonder if oil and gas is really the past?..
Re the competition of this deal is due to be done in Q4. Now I would imagine some of that is buffer so as not to look bad. We could have it all sorted out earlier.
Whilst I have an unhealthy amount in Harbour I believe it will come good and 500k of production per day can’t be ignored. I’m also comforted that BASF and Letter One are happy to get into bed with us at least short term.
I think German who must be the biggest concern re the deal will be happy to let it go through especially as they are a very green country and we’re dealing in dirty and bad commodities. Lest we forget the world couldn’t survive without it currently.
With everything time and patience will tell us if we are on a Winner.. Good luck all…
Always worth another look….

I can’t think of any reason why the deal won’t get done.
The top people in numerous companies have green lighted it to this stage and multiple banks have casted their eyes over it and given it the green light also.
Whilst I understand the time it will take to get approvals from governments they really don’t have much to disagree with as most governments policy is that oil and gas is bad.
So I think it’s full steam ahead, plenty of bumps in the road but I expect an SP of over £3.60 well before the deal is completed.
One final thing….Drilling results from Andaman and Norway are due in the next week or so.
Boom…….
Hi Collingham,
I’m not Charty at all. What do they say please?
Thanks
Well a pretty grim week but only a moment in time.
Not a perfect storm but a tough week with oil and Gas against us and GS with their rating.
Things can change very quickly in this game and as much as we were promised 100$ oil this winter and got less than 80$ things could easily work the opposite way very quickly.
Remember we have some amazing assets both now and in the future and are getting paid for production of over 500k barrels per day.
There were many many clever heads involved in this deal from many companies, countries and banks and they must have been pretty sure it would get the green light to proceed with it.
That’s what I’m holding on to and why I have a decent amount invested.
Here’s to Ireland, England and Scotland winning the rugby, everyone having a good weekend and coming back to face the week refreshed on Monday.
Life is short…. Enjoy every second….
No Harbour but quite interesting in the fact that hardly any real interest.
Will the government ever get serious about the North Sea..??

Just wondered if anybody has any idea why Shell keep their debt so high. Currently 43$ Billion which they seem very happy with.
Would have thought that they would have taken the opportunity to pay a bit more down than they have down?
