The delay seems to be coming from Cadastre not AA so, I don't see why ARC would put a stop to the exclusivity. The wording on the last RNS makes it sound like ARC and AA have signed the agreement but just waiting for Cadastre.

That equates to £200 million revenue and £100 million free cash flow per year for a MC of £45 million only. We are seriously undervalued. 10p by this time next year is very much possible.
