Indeed Massive! And with the sp so low it could certainly happen. It only needs a little bit of good news and this will be off flying again. The number of times the BOD have surprised us all with something out of the blue (Semnet, Finferno, MetaPay, Bake etc), I would never write this off.

The notice tells us that Merv and Choo are asking the court to pause the lawsuit, well of course they would request that! They don't want to cough up :) The court will decide on 14 May!

Lots of chat today - Amongst the noise I managed to catch the excellent, researched post earlier from Chaebol re. the Court filing. Great to see some progress in the Sement case! A very interesting development. Tone will be glad once this is done for sure!

Indeed Jim, that's why the consolidation makes sense - it should stop the huge down swings occurring on such trades. I do believe that AlbaCo could be a real catalyst here.

I think this might keep dropping slightly as we get closer to consolidation day. I do wonder what Big Jim has planned post-consolidation - will they be able to announce AlbaCo immediately after, or will that take some time. If the latter, then I expect the post-consolidation price to dwindle a bit too... but it will soon fly forward on AlbaCo launch!
