##19/02/2023 GST applied to the FCA Regulatory Sandbox for its GS Money stablecoins.

##30/06/2023 GST announced that the FCA rejected that sandbox application because it did not meet the FCA’s strict criteria at that time. Instead, the FCA ##offered GST a place on its Innovation Pathways programme, which GST accepted.

#Under the FCA Innovation Pathways programme, GST get:

##A dedicated FCA case officer.

##Guidance and support on how to develop its stablecoin plans in line with regulation.

##The possibility of a future sandbox application, or going straight for regulatory authorisation without supervised testing.

Lee, I agree and I think they’ll try to time the upcoming, positive, RNS’ incrementally (where possible) for the biggest effect. They won’t be happy with where the SP is now, remembering Tone’s recent pitches in the 1.2’s (I can’t remember the exact price but it was a lot higher than today) - his buy was another strong assurance for me.
