Maybe the institutional investors wouldn't budge at anything above 0.30? These investors are in for maximum profit so won't buy higher than they have to - buggers they are....saying that it gives everyone the opportunity to buy at the same price :-)

All the buys showing as sell, maybe they are doing that to keep the price down?

Thanks Parkdog so they are holding buys and show them at close. Maybe they are filling some big orders. Also those buys at the end last week could've been the Directors?
