I don't think they are the same person as one want the SP to go up all the time and other seem to be a trader that want it up and down to suit his buy and sell needs? However I could be wrong.

Seems a big of both... Paid deramper and shorter who is trying extremely hard to worn down people in selling so the SP can go in his direction. Very poor behavior quite frankly.
