Shorter... If you check a lot of these boards where the SP is moving up steadily and making good gains then you will see that hardly any one is posting on them or if anyone even posted at all so I don't think that's a good enough reason to think the SP will fall.
You are are thinking about some of popular AIM P&D shares with no assets etc

I totally agree with you Investor240 a lot people always think SPs of companies will always fall around the time when the placing shares hit the market but this is not always the case. Even if it dip for a bit it will recover soon. I also think most people that take up the offer at £1.20 will hold out for bigger gains so there won't be any big sell off.

It's quite annoying when the SP is at its lowest they won't let you buy then they move it up and then you can get a buy quote.
